Diversatek Vietnam Named 2025 Social Impact Award Winner

Diversatek Vietnam is honored to be the recipient of the 2025 Social Impact Award from the American Chamber of Commerce Vietnam (AmCham), which annually recognizes American businesses focused on ESG (Environment, Social, Governance). On November 20, 2025, at their Giving Thanks Dinner in Ho Chi Minh City, the award was presented to Phat Tran-Tien, General Director of Diversatek Vietnam, for their significant social impact on its employees and their families.

“Diversatek Vietnam has strived to build a friendly and safe working environment where everyone is treated fairly and cared for as a member of a big family”, stated Phat Tran-Tien. “Taking good care of our employees and their families is a meaningful contribution to building a healthy and sustainable community.”

Recognition is given to member companies and organizations with projects or initiatives that significantly improve the well-being and development of employees and/or local communities where they work, or represent significant long-term community investment. This is the criteria outlined by AmCham Vietnam for the Social Impact Award.

The social initiatives at Diversatek Vietnam focus on the care and support of its employees and their families, enabling them to lead better, safer, and healthier lives. The current social programs implemented at Diversatek Vietnam include the following:

• Regular maintenance support for employees’ motorbikes and bicycles
• Health insurance coverage for employees and one dependent, with a special focus on vaccination programs for children under two years old
• Financial support for milk expenses for children under five years old
• Performance and productivity-based recognition and reward programs
• Annual company trips to explore scenic and historically significant destinations
• Practical and essential gifts to help employees feel the company’s genuine care and appreciation for their well-being

These initiatives demonstrate an employer-employee relationship built on respect, care, and a shared purpose, empowering the company to consistently manufacture high-quality endoscopic devices that gastrointestinal providers use to treat patients effectively.
