Delivering Actionable Data for Reflux Testing
ZepHr Reflux Monitoring System is aligned with the latest GI industry standards, including Lyon Consensus 2.0 normal threshold, to deliver clinically relevant reflux and impedance scores using the Zvu Software. In addition, our exclusive automated feature, AutoSCAN®, helps to further streamline data review. These features provide physicians and manometry nurses with a comprehensive view of reflux activity, helping them diagnose GERD with greater clarity and efficiency.
The user-friendly Zvu Software is designed with simplified controls that allow for easy transition between color and conventional waveform views, including the impedance and pH data. Customizable views and reports allows clinicians to indicate if the patient is on or off PPIs to better accommodate individual patient needs.

Tracking Reflux Beyond pH: How ZepHr® Measures More
The ZepHr Reflux Monitoring System captures reflux episodes from the lower esophagus (LES) to the laryngopharynx. It is a full diagnostic assessment that includes the detection of both acid and non-acid reflux episodes, including the harder-to-identify weakly acid. Unlike standard reflux testing, ZepHr also evaluates the direction in which air and fluid are moving within the esophagus. This impedance measurement allows the software to effectively record events that occur prior to symptom onset, giving physicians a better understanding of how reflux and symptoms are connected to support a more informed GERD diagnosis.

Zvu is a powerful, user-friendly software platform designed for acquiring, managing, and analyzing GI motility data. With customizable options, Zvu allows providers to tailor diagnostic testing to their procedural needs and preferences, consistently delivering reliable and easy-to-read results.

Find the right probe for every study with our ComforTEC Z/pH Probes. With a selection of 29 probe configurations, including impedence/pH, pH-only, and LPR probes, it’s easy to find a precise yet comfortable option for every study.
ComforTEC Z/pH Probes are designed for comfort, with specially formulated polyurethane that softens in the body, reducing discomfort during insertion and monitoring
Our probes are available in various sensor configurations to support different esophageal lengths and full-column or LPR studies as well. The positioning bands assist physicians in probe placement, ensuring accurate placement above the upper esophageal sphincter (UES) for reliable data collection.

Capture Accurate, Reliable Data
Confidently use the ZepHr Z/pH Recorder with patients to capture accurate, reliable data that supports effective GERD diagnosis and treatment.
The following recorder features were designed to promote ease of use, and encourage patient compliance:
- (3) large, easily identifiable symptom buttons
- Easily detectable buttons to record upright and recumbent positions, meal times, back light, and patient diary
- Small and lightweight with easy-to-use interface
- Audible alert notifies patient that probe has disconnected
Easy-to-read strip charts give clinicians a quick overview on the number of acid and non-acid reflux episodes, along with their correlation to patient-reported symptoms.
The study data also opens as a Stacked View with all impedance waveforms stacked together. The pH data will be displayed separately above or below the impedance sensors.
Physician reports are customizable, with multiple format options to support varying clinical and documentation needs.
